Etermar - Engenharia e Construção, S.A. wins the tender launched by Terminales Portuarios Euroandinos (TPE) for the second phase of expansion of the Port of Paita. TPE is a joint-venture owned by the Emirati company DP World and the Turkish YILPORT Holding Inc.

This is the second phase of expansion of the second-largest Peruvian port by TEUs handled and will consist of an expansion of 360 m in piles of the Terminal Number 1. ETERMAR is already working on the expansion of the Marginal Quay of the same port, a project that will end in 2021.

The new project will start this Spring and will be ready in June 2022.
