Demolition of the old Funchal's fish auction center for the integral construction of a new one, with the same functions, along the north bank of Funchal Port.

The ground floor will accommodate market operating spaces, alongside with an administrative area, as well as a fish unloading and weighing areas. As for the upper floor, it is intended to receive various laboratories.

The construction of the building also included a controlled demolition of the dock slab, reusing the existing pillars to subsequently start the new slab.
