Design and construction of two panoramic lifts, one vertical hydraulic lift and another that is electric and inclined over rails.

The work included geotechnical surveys, demolitions, excavations, infrastructure construction, lift assembly, paving, electrification and landscaping. Three access thresholds were also built (Market, Archive and Top).
